The SwampGhost 5" Stick Bait is designed to produce the slow, natural fall and subtle side-to-side shimmy that consistently triggers bites. Whether it is falling weightless beside a dock, quivering on a wacky rig, or working through cover on a Texas rig, the bait stays in the strike zone while creating movement bass struggle to ignore.

But underwater is where Carolina Heat earns its name.

A bold red body loaded with mini gold flake creates a strong, warm profile in the water. The fine gold flake catches changing light without overpowering the bait, adding controlled flash and depth as the body falls and moves.

That red body finishes with a striking chartreuse tail that gives following bass a precise target to attack.

On the fall, the body shimmies while the gold flake flickers.

On the pause, the chartreuse tail remains visible.

And when the bait moves through stained water, wind-chopped conditions, cloudy skies, or low light, the contrasting tail helps the entire presentation stay easy for bass to locate.

HOW TO WORK IT

For a weightless Texas rig or wacky rig, cast past the target and allow the bait to fall on semi-slack line.

Watch the line carefully. Many bites happen during the initial fall before the bait ever reaches the bottom.

If the bait reaches bottom without a strike, lift it gently, allow it to fall again, and repeat.

Around docks, grass, and isolated cover, let Carolina Heat remain beside the target longer than you normally would. The slow shimmy, gold flash, and chartreuse strike point continue working even when the bait is barely moving.

When bass are aggressive, use short hops or sharper twitches to create a sudden burst of movement.

When fish are pressured or inactive, slow down, lengthen the pauses, and allow the bait’s natural fall to do the work.
