We don’t sit on orders—we get them out the door.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods (launches, sales, new drops), processing may take slightly longer—but we move fast and keep things flowing.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship with:
- UPS
- USPS
Carrier selection is based on speed, reliability, and your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Extended Areas: 3–7 business days
These are estimates—not guarantees. Once your package is with the carrier, timing is out of our control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or reach out and we’ll get you squared away.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delays or issues can happen.
- If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier first using your tracking number.
- If your package is lost or shows delivered but isn’t there, reach out to us—we’ll help you work through it.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to the wrong location due to address errors
If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately—we’ll fix it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Weather & Heat Disclaimer
Soft plastics and heat don’t mix.
We are not responsible for melting or damage caused by:
- Packages left in mailboxes
- Exposure to high temperatures after delivery
If it’s hot where you are, we strongly recommend retrieving your package as soon as it arrives.
