We’re here for one reason—to build baits that get crushed. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept it simple and straight—just how it should be.

1. Using Our Site

By using this website, you agree to use it responsibly and for its intended purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if something looks off—fraud, abuse, or anything that doesn’t sit right.

2. Built to Perform (Real-World Disclaimer)

We build our baits to give you every possible edge on the water.

But fishing isn’t controlled in a lab.

Conditions, pressure, weather, and technique all play a role—so while no bait can guarantee a catch every time, ours are designed to give you an edge on the water.

3. What to Expect From Our Baits

Every SwampGhost bait is poured with attention to detail—but our soft plastics aren’t mass-produced perfection. They are hand injected

You may notice slight differences in:

  • Color tone
  • Flake distribution
  • Finish

That’s normal—and part of what makes them real. Variations are normal

4. Storage & Handling (Important)

To get the best performance and lifespan out of your baits:

  • Keep them out of extreme heat
  • Store them separately from other plastics
  • Avoid leaving them in vehicles or direct sun

We’re not responsible for damage caused by heat, improper storage, or mixing plastics.

5. Returns & Our “Get Bit” Guarantee

Because soft plastics can be easily used or altered, we don’t accept returns on opened or used products.

But we do take care of our customers.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong—we’ll make it right.
If something doesn’t feel right—reach out. We’ll work with you.

We’d rather earn a customer for life than win a single order

6. Orders, Pricing & Availability

We do our best to keep everything accurate, but mistakes happen.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or adjust orders
  • Fix pricing errors
  • Limit quantities

If something goes wrong, we’ll let you know and take care of it.

7. Shipping

We ship fast—but once your order is with the carrier, timing is out of our hands.

Delays, lost packages, or delivery issues can happen. If they do, we’ll help you sort it out—but we can’t guarantee carrier performance.

8. Use at Your Own Risk

Fishing comes with inherent risks—hooks, gear, environment, all of it.

By using our products, you agree that SwampGhost Outdoors is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses related to their use or misuse.

9. Our Brand, Our Work

Everything you see here—our name, designs, product concepts, and content—belongs to SwampGhost Outdoors.

Don’t copy it. Don’t use it without permission.

10. We Keep It Fair

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions if we believe someone is abusing our policies.

We treat customers right—and expect the same in return.
