SwampGhost Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
At SwampGhost Outdoors, every bait we ship is built to get bit—and we stand behind that. Because our products are soft plastics and can be easily altered after use, we handle returns a little differently than traditional products.
All Sales Are Final (With One Exception)
Due to the nature of soft plastic fishing baits, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.
However—we do take care of our customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective (beyond normal variation)
- Or you received the wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

We don’t just sell baits—we believe in them. Fishing conditions, technique, and location all play a role in success—while no bait can guarantee a catch every time, SwampGhost baits are designed to give you the best possible advantage on the water.
If you’re genuinely not satisfied with your purchase, reach out. While we can’t accept used returns, we’ll work with you—whether that’s recommending a better color for your water, replacing a pack, or making it right another way.
What We Don’t Cover
To keep things fair for everyone, we do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from fishing
- Melted baits due to heat exposure after delivery
- Improper storage (mixing plastics, leaving in hot vehicles, etc.)
- Personal preference after use
